Our all-inclusive quotes cover everything: brief elicitation (if needed), travel, parking, setup and pack-down, all equipment, which includes our full studio set-up to ensure excellent consistency between on-location sessions and any subsequent onboarding or staff updates.
Professional lighting and backdrops, photographer and editing fees, wardrobe assistance, creative direction, coaching and GST are all included.

OUR UNIQUE PROCESS
“Shoot for the Shot”: We photograph with your specific brief in mind and build towards the final 2-4 carefully curated images that fit your brief and simplifies the selection process.
Tethered Photography: Tethering camera-to-computer provides for live image viewing on a large screen while photographing. Instant feedback from the camera to screen allows for collaborative posing adjustments, in-session final image selection and custom retouching requests on the spot. Our process has proven to significantly increase client confidence and enjoyment, while reducing turnaround time.
Audience-Targeted Photography: We collaborate with you to understand your company culture, vision, brand, stakeholders, target audiences and the variety of potential uses you’re your headshots (website, marketing materials, social media, etc.), to tailor the photography accordingly.
Comprehensive Coaching: We guide each individual through the session, refining poses, expression and making wardrobe adjustments to achieve the best possible results.
Image Review & Selection: Each person reviews their final images during, or immediately after their mini-session, to either keep photographing or refine considerations such as; authenticity, smiles, pose, or make adjustments to wardrobe.
When finalising each person selects their final image/s and requests any specific re-touching for post-production.
Support: To assist with coordinating teams, we provide an editable Run Schedule in .docx format, which can be returned or printed on the day to ensure that we greet your people with respect and your image files are named correctly for optimal SEO.
When confirming your booking, we also provide you with a link to our
Dress for Success page which provides tips on wardrobe items that photograph well, grooming and what to expect for the session.
IMAGE DELIVERY
Fast Turnaround: Final images for teams up to 20 are typically delivered within 5-7 business days (Tuesdays or Thursdays). Larger teams require additional time (2 weeks for 20+, 3 weeks for 50+). We’ll confirm your delivery date upon booking.
Resolution & File size: JPEG mages are optimised for both web and print using advanced compression software to deliver images that are light-weight, fast loading and print at high resolution up to A4.
Convenient Delivery: Images are delivered via email attachments, or email Google Drive link. All images are archived at Headshots Adelaide (offsite) for 12 months.
